About Us
At JB Glass Class Dental Laboratory, we have 30+ years of experience in both conventional and digital dentistry, specialising in crown and bridge work.
Our crown and bridge specialist has worked throughout laboratories in both Europe and Australia, learning a vast variety of techniques to handle any job. These techniques include porcelain fused to metal restorations, metal free ceramic work and more recently, computer-based dental technology including 3D design and modelling.
We are a Brisbane-based dental laboratory sourcing products of only the highest quality, with FDA approved dental materials and digital dentistry technologies. All our products are Australian made.

Services
E-max crowns
E-max crowns are lithium disilicate glass. They are an aesthetically pleasing option with the ability to have porcelain layered on it, to create a realistic crown that looks natural against your other teeth.
Zirconia crowns
A zirconia crown is Zirconium Dioxide which is a white, powdered metal oxide. This makes these crowns strong, durable, long-lasting and difficult to crack.
PFM crowns
PFM stands for porcelain fused to metal. These crowns are often used for damaged teeth. They are often placed over the existing damaged tooth to prevent further damage or decay.
Gold crowns
Gold crowns are used similarly to the PMF crowns with their most common use to protect the damaged or decayed tooth. However, a gold tooth can be used to protect a tooth that has had a root canal.
Implants
Implants are implanted into the jaw to assist if the patient has a missing or decaying tooth. It creates a strong base for a crown to be placed upon to fill the space.
Digital dentistry
Digital dentistry is the less invasive and more comfortable dental technology. Digital dentistry uses computer-controlled devices to complete dental procedures rather than electrical or mechanical tools.

JB Glass Class strives to minimise turnaround times as we are well aware that dental procedures can be tedious and sometimes painful. We aim to keep our turnaround time at approximately 2-3 weeks depending on the complexity of the case.
